Luke McCormack is the former CIO for the Department of Homeland Security, where he oversaw continued efforts to implement information technology (IT) enhancements and strengthen IT security.
Before his time with DHS, Luke served at the DOJ as Deputy Assistant Attorney General, CIO for the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and held various roles for Customs and Border Protection. Prior to joining the federal government, Luke's experience includes various private sector companies including MCI and Ford Aerospace.

Andy Schlei is Senior Vice President of Information Technology at Sony Pictures Entertainment. Andy currently directs Sony Pictures’ Application Development and Maintenance organization, overseeing application operations, driving quality technology service delivery to the Production, Theatrical, Home Entertainment, Television, and Corporate lines of business. Andy also oversees desktop support, mobility, and service desk operations. He is responsible for overall service delivery strategy, working closely with the rest of IT to deliver state of the art applications supporting emerging digital business models and advanced analytics while maintaining stability in the legacy application portfolio. Andy also directs Sony Pictures’ Agile Transformation Program.

Paul leads the architecture emphasis on establishing and refining best practices associated with solution architecture, affordability and risk. Director of Cybersecurity at the National Telecommunications and Information Administration, US Department of Commerce
Dr. Allan Friedman is Director of Cybersecurity at the National Telecommunications and Information Administration in the US Department of Commerce. He coordinates NTIA’s multistakeholder processes on cybersecurity, focusing on market-driven solutions addressing vulnerabilities across the digital ecosystem. Prior to joining the Federal Government, Friedman spent over 15 years as a noted cybersecurity and technology policy researcher at Harvard’s Computer Science Department, the Brookings Institution and George Washington University’s Engineering School. He is the co-author of the popular text Cybersecurity and Cyberwar: What Everyone Needs to Know, has a degree in computer science from Swarthmore College and a Ph.D. in public policy from Harvard University.

Mark Uhrmacher is an Executive Manager and entrepreneur of Information Technology, developing and implementing strategies to align IT organizations with company strategic objectives. Mark brings to the table initiating process improvements that decrease operational costs, while consistently implementing product enhancements. Most recently in his role as Senior Vice President of Technology for Hearst, Marc transitioned the HBM data science team into a corporate technology group. Marc created an intelligent automation program working with several corporate groups and industries across Heart to automate business processes using RPA and Cognitive automation tools, as well as core data science capability.

Ashu Bhatia is Executive Vice President for avanade and has significant experience in management consulting, business architecture, organization design, and lean service operations in the United States, Europe, and Asia. A Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, he currently works in areas of IT Strategy, Journey to Cloud, Platform Modernization, and Big Data / Predictive Analytics. He has held management positions with Accenture, Siemens, and American Express. He currently works for Avanade and heads the Advisory group for their southeast region. David is the CEO, Chief Migration Hacker and Founder of Tidal Migrations, where he and his team are leading the cloud migration practice and product management activities.
At Tidal, their software makes light work of application discovery, cloud readiness assessment and migration planning, for large digital transformation initiatives. David has been in the cloud since 2006 and has experience in DevOps, IT strategy, and cloud.
